Mold is a naturally occurring organism and some level of
mold spores will be found in any indoor environment. Within
a building mold problems can occur from moisture problems
from water leaks, flooding, or high humidity. Because mold
is an allergen the health effect will vary according by individual.
Additionally, different species of mold have different health
affects.
